Composition
1. The buzzer is made of lead fumarate or lead magnesium oxide piezoelectric ceramic material
2. Plating silver electrodes on both sides of the ceramic sheet, after polarization and aging treatment
3. Then stick it together with brass or stainless steel sheets
Principle
The buzzer works using the principle of piezoelectric effect. When an alternating voltage is applied to it, it will generate mechanical vibration; conversely, when a mechanical force is applied to it, it will also generate a voltage signal. Therefore, piezoelectric ceramic buzzer plates can be used as vibration sensors. The voltage signal generated by the piezoelectric ceramic buzzer when subjected to mechanical force is very weak, and it should generally be connected to a voltage amplifier when used as a vibration sensor.
