The 3144 series Hall switch IC uses the Hall effect principle, a magnetic sensing circuit fabricated by semiconductor integration technology, which is composed of a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, a temperature compensation circuit, and a set. The magnetic sensitive sensing circuit composed of the output stage of the open electrode has a magnetic induction intensity and the output is a digital voltage signal.

This circuit tube is made of pure tin. The complete model is 3144EUA-S or 3144LUA-S.
