MPLAB Setup & Usage

1. Download the latest software: MPLAB IDE Installer (v8.6) & unzip the files
2. Follow the installation steps as laid in: mplab8.20A and HI-TECH C PRO step.pdf
3. Once MPLAB is successfully installed, you may start the building a project by following the guidelines as laid in the file: open project_16F.pdf
4. The generated hex codes can now be downloaded into your kit through UIC00B (USB ICSP PIC Programmer) that can be purchased separately.
