Instructions For Use

1. Welding power cord:
The soldering iron temperature is 340°C + 40 °C, and the welding time is controlled within 3 seconds. The plastic of the motor terminal cannot be deformed, and at the same time, coal and tin cannot flow into or drip into the motor, otherwise the motor cannot be used or the service life will be affected.

2. Motor installation:
Pay attention to the length of the screw for the installation of the optical motor. If it is too long, it will contact the motor rotor, When the motor is damaged, the force of tightening the screw should not be too large. Please use correct bracket for the motor.

3. Beware of eccentric load:
When the motor drives an eccentric load, pay attention to the load should not be too large, otherwise it will seriously affect the life of the motor.

4. Do not overload work:
When the motor is overloaded, the working current will be very large, resulting in serious heating of the motor. In order to ensure the service life of the motor, please check whether the load is used in accordance with the regulations and cannot be overloaded.

5. Beware of stalling:
During the use of the light motor, it should not be blocked for a long time (stuck without turning), otherwise the motor will overheat, burn the coil, and even cause a fire.

6. Installation of shaft end fittings:
When the shaft end of the motor is pressed into parts such as pulleys or gears (tight fitting). Non-standard operation may damage the motor.

7. Operating environment:
Temperature -20°C ~ 60°C, humidity 30% ~ 90% RH.

8. Storage attention:
Do not place in high temperature and humid environment, and do not place in corrosive gas
